To be a respected and reputable tourism school, choice of academically talented and diverse individuals with career goals in tourism, recreation, gastronomy and culinary arts. To be a leading innovative education and research center and to be a leading institution that makes a difference in executive education.

Our Mission ;

1. To develop tourism, accommodation and recreation by supporting diversity and participation;

2. To provide quality, student-centered and professional preparation programs to meet leadership needs in the fields of tourism, recreation, gastronomy and culinary arts;

3. To develop knowledge of tourism, recreation, gastronomy and culinary arts by carrying out advanced research;

4. Contributing to the tourism, accommodation and recreation profession by providing quality services to relevant organizations;

5. To provide awareness and sensitivity training on the importance of tourism to the service units of Siirt University, especially the Siirt University community, and the people of Siirt and the region; to improve the perception of tourism by providing general and need-oriented courses.

6. To conduct interdisciplinary research and projects with other academic units of the university.
